PAYMENT

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept E-Checks through PayPal, but do not ship your order until your payment has cleared. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

We are PayPal Verified. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, although, if you already have a PayPal account it does speed up the process when you use it.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At this time, we are experiencing extended shipping delays as we adhere to state regulations regarding the Stay at Home/Work from Home Emergency Order and Social Distancing guidelines. Our team is working diligently to pack and ship orders while taking the appropriate safety precautions. We assure you that your order will be fulfilled and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

 Once your order is ready to be shipped out of our warehouse facilities you’ll receive another email update from us with your orders tracking information.

 Please note due to the ongoing impacts of unforeseen circumstances shipping carriers are experiencing delays and may require more time to have your packages delivered due to overwhelming volume and limited transportation availability.


CURBSIDE PICK-UP
Curbside Pick-Up is available at our fulfillment center in Waimalu Monday – Friday from 11AM-4PM.
You’re able to select Curbside Pick-Up as an option when completing your online purchase. As our fulfillment team processes your order you will be notified via e-mail when it’s ready for pick up.

We are located in the Harbor Court Business Center in the last building on the left passed Fabric Mart. There are two marked Curbside Pick-Up stalls in front of our location. Upon arriving please call us with your Name, Order Number, and Color/Model of the vehicle you’re in. A team member will provide you with your order and you’re good to go!

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local Delivery is available Monday – Friday 11AM-5PM. We offer Local Delivery within 15 miles of our fulfillment center on orders over $50 for an additional $15.  
When selecting the delivery method for your order, select the first option: “Ship”

After entering your e-mail and shipping details, select: “Continue to shipping”
You will be provided all shipping methods available for the address entered. If “Local Delivery” doesn’t reflect as a shipping method, the destination is out of our delivery range.  
Please make sure to input a contact phone number and any additional delivery instructions or notes that may be helpful.

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the size of your order. To determine your shipping costs, add your items to your cart, select your country, then press the "Update Total" button.



*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Standard shipping for orders in the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. 
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email used with your PayPal account after your order has been processed for mailing.

Updates on package destination is available through the USPS site and is limited to the information provided by USPS. 


*Please note: Tracking information for International orders may be limited once the package has left the country (U.S.) as couriers may vary.

For U.S. Orders: Please allow us 2-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. 
For International Orders: Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for your order to arrive. Delivery time can vary due to the destination and customs processing. 
*Business days are Monday thru Friday and DO NOT INCLUDE Saturday’s, Sunday’s or holidays.  

There may occasionally be delays with your order during special releases, holiday’s, and other promotions.

Customers are fully responsible for inputting correct Shipping Address information before submitting orders.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Please be sure that your PayPal account information is current. We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs for any returned orders for corrected addresses.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Orders are eligible to be returned / exchanged within 10 days of delivery with prior communication by contacting us at orders@in4mation.co.

Items must be in new, unused and sellable condition with original packaging to be accepted for return/exchange. Accessories, bags, gift cards, skate decks, and footwear are FINAL SALE.



HOLIDAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders placed between November 1st  – December 25th are eligible for our extended return/exchange policy until January 14th, 2021 with prior communication by contacting us at orders@in4mation.co.

Items must be in new, unused and sellable condition with original packaging to be accepted for return/exchange. Accessories, bags, gift cards, skate decks, and footwear are FINAL SALE.

All sale items, flash sales, discounted and promotional merchandise including but not limited to mystery boxes / Fukubukro and sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE.

Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication; orders sent back without prior communication will not be processed for return or exchange and will be at the customer's expense. 

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any fees that PayPal may apply. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase when returning your item.

You can reach us through our Contact page for all order and return inquiries. Please provide your "reason for return/exchange" and order information including: 
Full Name, Email used for Order, Order Number (i.e. ABCD-123456) - so we can assist you accordingly.

If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new product (if the item is still in stock and available) at no additional cost.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once it has been processed.
We do not honor price adjustments or price matching.

DROPS, RESTOCKS AND SOLD OUT ITEMS
Quantities are limited on our releases. We do not usually restock or reorder any of our products. Once the product is listed as "Unavailable" or "Sold Out", inventory is no longer available for purchase on that item.

Launch times for new products and promotions is usually at 8AM or 12AM (HST) Hawaiian Standard Time.
