We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept E-Checks through PayPal but will not ship your order until the payment has fully processed. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
LOCAL PICK UP - SLASHERS
Get your items faster with free in-store pickup at Slashers!
When selecting the delivery method for your order, choose “Local Pick Up”. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours unless the order was placed on the weekend in which case, it may be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email or text when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
Orders can be picked up 7 days a week during Slashers business hours.
Monday-Saturday 10AM-6PM and Sunday’s 11AM-4PM
Your order will be held for 10 days after being processed. If the order isn’t picked up within 10 days from being processed, we will cancel the order and refund you in the original form of payment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email or text from us with updates and tracking information.
Please note, due to the ongoing impacts of the pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances shipping carriers are experiencing delays and may require more time to have your packages delivered due to overwhelming volume with limited transportation availability.
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the size of your order. To determine your shipping costs, add the item(s) to your cart, select your country, then press the "Update Total" button. From there you will be able to see the different shipping options available for your order.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. 日本のお客様、名前と住所はローマ字でおねがいします.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class Mail is an option for packages weighing less than 13oz and does not include insurance. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail includes up to $50 of insurance and usually arrive a day or two earlier than USPS First Class Mail.
International orders are usually shipped via USPS First Class International Mail unless another service is selected by the customer. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email or phone number used when placing your order when your package has been processed and is ready to ship out.
*Please note: Tracking information for international orders may be limited once the package has left the United States as couriers may vary.
Tracking updates are available through the USPS website and is limited to the information provided by USPS.
We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to submitting an order.
For U.S. Orders: Please allow 2 - 4 business days for order processing and verification plus 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
For International Orders: Please allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for your order to arrive. Delivery time can vary due to the destination and customs processing.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Occasionally there may be delays with your order during special releases, holidays, and promotions.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Orders are eligible to be returned / exchanged within 10 days of delivery date with prior communication by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide your reason for return/exchange and order information including: Full Name, Email / Phone Number used for Order, Order Number (i.e. Order #4111) Items must be in new, unused and sellable condition with original packaging to be accepted for return/exchange. Accessories, bags, gift cards, skate decks, stickers and footwear are FINAL SALE.
All sale items, flash sales, discounted and promotional merchandise including but not limited to mystery boxes/ Fukubukuro and sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE.
Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication. Orders sent back without prior communication will not be processed for return or exchange and will be at the customer's expense. Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any fees that PayPal may apply. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase when returning your item.
If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new product (if the item is still in stock and available) at no additional cost to the customer.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once it has been processed.
We do not honor price adjustments or price matching.
DROPS, RESTOCKS AND SOLD OUT ITEMS
Our releases are available with limited stock quantities. We do not usually restock or reorder most of our products.
Once the product is listed as "Unavailable" or "Sold Out", inventory is no longer available for purchase on that item.
