PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and regular account payments through PayPal. E-Checks are accepted but orders will not ship until payment has fully processed. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.![]()
LOCAL PICK UP – IN4MATION IWILEI
Free in-store pickup is available at In4mation Iwilei. Select “Local Pick Up” at checkout.
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Weekend orders may process on the next business day.
Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday 10AM–6PM, Sunday 11AM–4PM.
Orders are held for 10 days before being canceled and refunded.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates via email or text.
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to volume or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary based on destination and order size. Add item(s) to your cart, select your country, then click “Update Total” to view available options.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and fees. Please enter shipping information in English and include a phone number. 日本のお客様、名前と住所はローマ字でおねがいします.
USPS First Class Mail (under 13oz) takes 2–5 days and does not include insurance. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 1–3 days and includes up to $50 insurance.
International orders ship via USPS First Class International unless another service is selected. Tracking is sent once your package is processed.
Tracking for international orders may be limited after leaving the United States.
We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
U.S. orders: 2–4 business days processing + 5–10 business days delivery.
International orders: up to 3–5 weeks.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery with prior approval. Contact orders@in4mation.co.
Items must be unused, in sellable condition, and include original packaging. Accessories, bags, gift cards, skate decks, stickers, and footwear are FINAL SALE.
Discounted, promotional, mystery box, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed. Price adjustments or price matching are not offered.
HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY
Purchases made between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit through the first business week of January.
Items must be unused and in sellable condition. Accessories, gift cards, and stickers are FINAL SALE.
DROPS & RESTOCKS
Releases are limited quantity and typically do not restock.
Launch times are usually 8AM or 12AM (HST).
